Zerozero2 Returns Policy

At Zerozero2, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our returns policy is here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at zerozero2store@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Safely pack the item(s) you’re returning, including your original packing slip or a note with your order number and name.
  3. Post It Back: Send the item(s) back to us using a secure, trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at zerozero2store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
