At Zerozero2, we keep things simple with a flat-rate shipping option across the UK.

Delivery Option

Royal Mail Standard Shipping (2-5 working days)

• £3.50 flat rate for all orders.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with details on how to reschedule delivery or collect it from a local depot.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at zerozero2store@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
